Basic list idea is to be "counter-meta" by bringing three AV14 models. LRs with Zerkers and Kharn move up to midfield and look threatening and/or counter assault as needed. Min size CM squads camp the back field objectives. Warpsmith and CM squad man the Bastion. Drakes just act OP as normal...; )

Initial Daemon Observations

Obviously one game is just one game, but i really enjoyed playing the new book last night. Played against my buddies Eldar last night (lots of dakka) and i did pretty well. A few anecdotal observations:

1. This army is FAST; used a big unit of seekers, screamers and bloodcrushers. Yes, Bloodcrushers got nerfed defensively but the speed bonus is big. Plus its hard to focus on them when Screamers are bearing down.

2. Soul Grinders are tough; kinda remind me a "tank" in an MMO, the enemy cant ignore them and theyre hard to kill. Nurgle marked means its pretty easy to get 4+ cover all the time.

3. The army has a lot of "synergy"; Herald on Disc with Divination giving buffs to Screamers, Masque preventing overwatch on a unit so my Crushers could charge...

4. The warp storm chart is mostly bad for your enemy; we played six turns and he lost 6 models from the storms including his Farseer on the dreaded 9
